Title: Network Voice Architect | Voice Architect (real Estate) Location: Houston TX Duration: Long Term Contract Minimum 5 years of Experience in Building Voice Architecture /Design Hands on and deployment experience on SONUS/Ribbon SBC, Cisco Voice infrastructure Experience with O&G , Utility industries Mandatory Skillset Cisco Voice Infrastructure, SONUS Nice to Have -Microsoft Role Summary UC Voice Engineers to preform UC Voice Engineering related tasks with Cisco CUCM/Unity Connection/CME on Global Real Estate in accordance with client-IT Unified Communication Voice Engineering standards. Attend assigned site transformation Project Meetings, and gather data required for technical voice design for the Microsoft Skype for Business Back office solution in support of site transformation projects (Working on as many as 30 projects at one time for 200- 3000 end users per project) Experience installing and maintaining an enterprise size VoIP technology architecture and design, including: o Cisco UCCM and Unity Voice mail system o Cisco Automated Call Distribution, Call Manager o Large network dial-plan, calling search spaces, and device pools configurations o Auto Attendant configurations Working experience WAN and VoIP protocols, including SIP, H.323 and QoS Analysis, design, specification, and installation of Cisco VoIP systems Provides technical support for implementation of Cisco voice hardware, applications and Software Participate in UCCE strategy. Move and consolidate Contact Center services to AWS cloud Design the Router configuration, maintain License count as required for a site Maintain the License as required for the handsets / ATA/VG devices as applicable Migrate sites to SONUS SIP Trouble shoots complex voice issues Coordinates with multiple vendors, Network Services, and others as needed for the implementation of Cisco VoIP technologies and applications Coordinates with customers and others to minimize any operational impact during Cisco VoIP implementation as needed Handles maintenance tasks, customer repairs and warm transfer support for Technical Operations Center as Provide consulting and support to Voice Operations where necessary related to implementation of technical design Skills / Knowledge Qualifications Enterprise level VoIP Deployment experience Enterprise level VoIP Transformation / Migration experience. Experience with Cisco VoIP, Avaya VoIP, or other enterprise level VoIP systems Troubleshooting VoIP Implementations Detailed understanding of VoIP and IP Telephony Multiple simultaneous VoIP Transformation Projects Job Title: Network Voice Architect Field Services Location: Houston TX Duration: Long Term Contract The candidate should have experience in designing and implementing very low bandwidth voice networks as the customer have remote sites with less bandwidth connectivity options. So voice architect with experience in oil companies or military network is more suitable. 1. Minimum 5 years of Experience in Building Voice Architecture /Design 2. Hands on and deployment experience on building Cisco Voice infrastructure 3. Hands of Experience low latency Voice networks 4. Experience with O&G , Utility industries 5. Mandatory Skillset Cisco Voice Infrastructure Role Summary: Review project scope and SOA with Project Management team to manage timelines and customer expectations Work escalations from NOC as Tier 4 support. Design and implement networking and VoIP solutions to meet Field Services needs and customer demands. Re design existing voice network to make it more streamlined and stable while offering a more diverse product portfolio to customers. Manage carriers and bandwidth through SAT DSA, including monitoring plans and alarm notifications Provide Tier 3 level support for troubleshooting VOIP and legacy telecom related customer problems. Support Field technician on installing and maintaining telecom systems in the fields. Qualifications/Requirements Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, CCNA Voice certified Experience with Call Centers cloud-based solutions (UCCE, Amazon Connect etc Deep understanding of SIP trunk technologies Deep knowledge of Cisco Unified Call Manager and Cisco Unity Connections, Cisco Call Manager Express and, Cisco CUBE expertise.
