Title: Business Analyst Location: Atlanta, GA Type of hire: Contract Responsibilities: Work with business stake holders to gather functional and non-functional requirements, organize and facilitate requirement gathering workshops with multiple business users as application Study current available documentation and reports, job-shadow with end users to understand and analyze current state. Write BRDs, support BRDs with appropriate diagrams such use cases, screen mockups, data flow diagrams etc. and present future state based on business requirements. Work with developers in requirement analysis activities, support developers with requirement clarifications, provide appropriate documentation etc. Support testing team in writing test cases. Work with business users and testing team during UAT. Support business users in creating training documents for new features etc. Work with onshore and offshore teams during software development cycle. Skills: Should have strong domain experience and credentials in two or more of the following BFS consulting areas -Retail Banking, Commercial Banking, Lending & Mortgage, Cards and Payments, Cards and Payments, Fintech platforms esp Digital Technologies. Should have experience working in "Trust and Fiduciary Wealth" area. Should have broad, enterprise-wide view of the business and at least intermediate level proficiency in initiatives related to business & technology strategy, processes, capabilities, enabling technologies, and governance. Should have the ability to apply his/her deep understanding of the domain and related industry frameworks to plan, define and solution client engagements, and be able to appreciate top down as well as bottom-up perspectives to solution engagements. Experienced in Program/Project management tools and techniques, including use of agile and waterfall frameworks, project governance principles, project risk management principles and partner relationship management Should be proficient in Business Architecture and Requirements Gathering. Should be a Problem Solver, Self-Starter and Outcome focused individual with professional work ethic, who works well in teams with varied strengths. Should have superb communication, data analysis, presentation, data visualization, process/capability modeling, presentation, and project management skills. Minimum Requirements: Experience in working with multiple teams in an onshore/offshore model Excellent verbal and written communication skills, ability to conduct workshops, requirement sessions at client location. Banking and Financial Domain Consumer Lending Knowledge of Software Design, & Software Requirements etc. Knowledge of Agile Principals, Scrum/Kanban frameworks, user stories etc. Demonstrates ability to analyze information
