Will be responsible for engaging with OEM's, other providers in the account to partner with them to determine account specific joint GTM propositions and other system integration opportunities for Client Drive and Lead to address customer business challenges by liaising Digital workplace enterprise solutions for a complete project. lead team(s) across multiple projects and technical governance. Benchmarking and analyzing customer's dataset to drive data driven Tech transformation and Operations Work with multiple stakeholders in Service Delivery to illustrate use cases where existing and new solutions can add value through rollouts, integrations and customization Work with multiple stakeholders in Service Delivery to illustrate use cases where existing and new solutions can add value through rollouts, integrations and customization Qualifications: Bachelor's or relevant four-year degree is required. A Master's degree is preferred. 10 years or more of total professional experience in digital workplace and minimum 5+ years in consulting services and IT operations Experience in Digital Workplace - running operation delivery, bring in experience-based solutions, and ran multiple innovations solutions including but not limited Chat bot integrations, Data engineering and Artificial Intelligence/Machine learning, unified workplace solutions, Microsoft rich collaboration solutions and others. Have deep business and industry expertise, are familiar with industry standards, and can work at the boardroom and senior management level History of data analysis and drive to actionable insights and automation Preferred experience with Telecommunications customer.
