Immediate need for a talented Customer Service Representative/Call Center (Remote) with experience in the industry.This is a 06+ Months Contract opportunity with long-term potential and is located in Local to Woodland Hills, CA(Remote). Please review the job description below.

Pay Range: $18.78/hour.  Employee benefits include, but are not limited to, health insurance (medical, dental, vision), 401(k) plan, and paid sick leave (depending on work location).
Shift: Training hours are 8am-4:30pm M-F. Saturdays will be required – TBD BASED OFF BUSINESS NEEDS.
Training is approximately 5 weeks. After training, they will be assigned their shifts. The call center operates 24/7, so the workers must be available on weekends and to work any shift assigned.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Inbound call center taking a high volume of calls from Medi-cal members
  • Assist with changing doctors
  • Assist with requests of new id card, address changes
  • Checking status of prior authorizations, must be able to de-escalate, file grievances for members.
 Key Requirements and Technology Experience: 
  • Call Center exp- 6 months to 1 year
  • High speed internet
  • Quiet workspace at home to take calls
  • GOOD ATTENDANCE
  • Bilingual Spanish preferred
  • Must pass knowledge check(s) during training- 3 attempts. After the third failed attempt, we will terminate.
