Job Description: The IT Business Systems Analyst supports core functions of the hospital's applications systems to enable cost-effective, high quality, efficient, and safe patient care. This position will install, configure, administer and support assigned systems with minimal guidance from senior members of the team. The IT Business Systems Analyst will have a good understanding of database, reporting and non-EPIC applications. Essential Functions: Ability to independently execute application deployment projects (SAAS applications) Lead test activities for small to medium complexity new implementation, enhancements or upgrades Modify tables/master files, make additions and changes as required Implement changes using documented procedures that are compliant with hospital and departmental policies and procedures Take ownership of low to medium complexity issues and act as a liaison between customer and other support staff to facilitate resolution Perform role of project manager or project coordinator for the project Co-ordinate with multiple vendors and teams to troubleshoot issues and implement enhancements * Job Qualifications: Experience: 3 or more years of progressively responsible and directly related work experience in healthcare or technology related work environment.
