Position: Business Systems Analyst III

Business/Systems Analyst III Posting: This role is for the evolution of our MVNO with Verizon. This role will involve development of new SIM designs and deeper integration with the Verizon network. Because of this, prior mobile experience with a mobile operator is a high priority.
1. Must have someone with Mobile experience.
2. Especially someone who has worked at mobile/wireless experience is definitely an advantage (Cricket, Sprint, AT&T, Verizon, T-Mobile, Dish (Mobile team))
3. This team is now SAFe need someone who has written user stories, ceremonies, has those roles and responsibilities.
4. Experience with Jira Align and/or Jira is desired
Reviews, analyzes, and evaluates information technology systems operations. Determines user needs and requirements and recommends ways to improve systems. Serves as primary point of contact between users and engineering/development staff. Identifies, documents, reports and tracks system issues. Supports the process of translating business needs into formal technical requirement deliverables. Ideal candidate has experience with requirements development for a Mobile Service Provider, or Cable Operator. Experience with Mobile voice, data, messaging (SMS/MMS/RCS) and international roaming, 4G/5G, Mobile device, SIM cards preferred. Knowledge and experience with SAFe agile development methodology preferred. Experience with digital applications for Mobile devices preferred. 5-10 years of experience.
