· Writing user stories for a team to migrate customer and internal notifications to a new format that is more concise , direct, and easy for a customer to read.
· Business Analyst will work with several internal sponsors to restructure the notifications and ensure all necessary information is captured in the new format.
· Project experience using Agile is required.
· Experience working in a team environment.
· Strong communication and writing skills a must have.
Job Summary:
· This position will require the analyst write user stories and define requirements for migrating Customer Notifications to a new format.
