Role: –Business Systems Analyst
Bill Rate: $85/hour C2C
Location: Findlay, OH
Duration: 12+ months/ long-term
Interview Criteria: Telephonic + Zoom
Direct Client Requirement

Key Responsibilities:

  • Define and optimize business processes to measure, analyze, and improve performance.
  • Collaborate with business teams and development groups to gather and refine functional and non-functional requirements.
  • Document business requirements and functional specifications.
  • Provide recommendations for system enhancements based on understanding of technologies.
  • Assist in the continuous analysis of business performance and contribute to business planning.
  • Perform cost-benefit analyses for system improvements and assist in implementation decisions.
  • Identify opportunities for process improvement and contribute to Root Cause Analysis (RCA).
  • Apply IT service management best practices in incident, change, and problem management.
  • Support test case development, execution, and user feedback to enhance technology delivery.
  • Help design user stories, prototypes, and wireframes.

Required Qualifications:

  • Bachelor s degree in information systems, Business, or a related field (or equivalent experience).
  • 5+ years of experience as a Business Systems Analyst in Agile settings.
  • Strong experience with SAP S4/HANA, SAP FI, or related financial ERP systems (e.g., Netsuite, Oracle Financials Cloud, JDE/PeopleSoft, Microsoft Dynamics 365 Finance).
  • Familiarity with financial platforms/applications (e.g., Blackline, PowerPlan, Track/myTrack, OneSource, Concur).
  • Solid understanding of Agile frameworks (Scrum, SAFe, Kanban).
  • Preferred experience with PowerBI or Power Apps.
