Job Description :
Works closely with cross functional areas to understand and analyze business needs.
Act as a liaison between the business and the technical team to design and develop a solution that meets their needs.
Partner with the technical lead and solution architect to analyze the current technology environment to detect critical deficiencies and determine the best technical solution to address requirements.
Document necessary technical architecture design and analysis work.
Work very closely with Workday analytics team and HR solution architect to contribute to the development of new processes, principles, and concepts.
Provide expertise in identification, evaluation, design, development, and deployment of systems and/or processes as a senior business analyst.
Track and communicates strategic information, issues, and solution options to project team and stakeholders.
Ability to prioritize, plan, and report status to project team and stakeholders.
Apply advanced technical principles, theories, and concepts related to requirements, data usability, and process analysis.
Follow industry trends for Learning and Development technology to ensure that solutions are best in class and forward looking.
