Job Description
:
Job Title: business readiness Project Manager
Candidate must be local to Detroit by 100 Miles
Engagement Description –
Works with representatives from business units, IT, Customer Support, and others, as needed, to coordinate the flow of information and activities related to digital product releases and significant updates.
Ensures a consistent and satisfactory customer experience for members who interact with any channel (e.g. Call Center) that is affected by changes to our digital products, such as the Member portal.

Required Skills/Experience – The rest of the required skills/experience. Include:
Excellent verbal and written communication skills
Ability to read and interpret documents including process, procedure, and technical manuals.
Ability to write routine reports and correspondence.
Ability to speak effectively before groups of customers or employees of the organization.
Ability to work with mathematical concepts such as probability and statistical inference, and basic algebraic functions. Ability to apply concepts such as fractions, percentages, ratios, and proportions to practical situations.
Ability to solve practical problems and deal with a variety of concrete variables in situations where only limited standardization exists. Ability to interpret a variety of instructions furnished in written, oral, diagram, or schedule form
Preferred Skills/Experience – Optional but preferred skills/experience. Include:
One (1) -Three (3) years of project management experience
Ability to work with mathematical concepts such as probability and statistical inference, and basic algebraic functions. Ability to apply concepts such as fractions, percentages, ratios, and proportions to practical situations.
Analytical skills and a high attention to detail required
High familiarity with Business Readiness best practices preferred
Excellent written and oral communication skills required
Ability to communicate clearly and effectively with colleagues at all levels of responsibility required
Solid understanding of web development environments, sufficient to understand the implications of issues within web-based applications
Education/Certifications – Include:
Bachelor’s degree in related field preferred
PMP certification is desired
CSM certification or CSMP certification is desired
