Client is looking for currently searching for a highly motivated Project Manager to work for our customer. The person will be responsible for requirement scope control, business stakeholder communication and facilitate training activities.

Responsibilities

- Assist with requirements definition and scope control.
- Assist with business stakeholder communication.
- Facilitate training activities
- Communicates delivery status, issue management and resolution.
- Focus on alignment with business strategy.
- Day to day resource management of project team ensuring effective delivery of projects tasks, deliverables, and milestones on time, on budget, and within specification and or agreed upon project scope.
- Manages program interdependencies.
- Provides leadership to project team members and junior project managers assigned to the project and associated work tasks in a matrix environment.
- May provide input to employee performance.
- Leads negotiations on resource constraints and critical path contention issues across multiple projects.
- Facilitate stakeholder workshops and team meetings
- Must fully understand how to use and ensure data is accurately maintained in the client s Project Management Tools.
- Responsible for project communications ensuring all project stakeholders based on the level of interest and authority are well informed of project progress and decisions.

Requirements
- An advanced degree in business, finance or marketing. Preferred.
- A minimum of 6 years experience in technology development, customer services, project management, or database management. Required.
- A strategic, diverse thinker capable of assessing technology investment opportunities.
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills. Can address a broad range of business and technology issues with high level government officials, corporate officers and technical staff.
- Very strong project management skills Strong negotiating skill and ability to resolve contractual issues.
- Excellent technical, financial and or database skills.
- Results orientation i.e., fully functional database system, due diligence reports, successful project results, etc.
- Ability to focus on opportunities with highest potential return to shareholders ratepayers.
- Strong customer focus.
- Excellent negotiating skills and ability to resolve contractual issues.
- Good common sense and judgment to identify needs, recommend projects, determine appropriate.
