:
4+ years experience identifying and delivering automation solutions
1 year of lead experience is ideal but not required
Automation tools and capabilities (RPA, Workflow, AI, Reconciliation etc.)
Experience in Financial Services or like industry
Certifications like PMP, Scrum Master, or Six Sigma would be ideal, but not required.
Financial industry experience would be preferred.
Pharmaceutical, aerospace, automotive or manufacturing would be acceptable as well.
