- Collaborate with stakeholders to elicit, document, and prioritize business requirements for various projects, ensuring they align with organizational goals and objectives.
- Analyze and interpret data to identify trends, patterns, and insights that can inform business decisions. Utilize tools and techniques to extract meaningful information from data sources.
- Document current and future state business processes using techniques such as process modeling and workflow diagrams. Identify bottlenecks and inefficiencies, proposing process improvements.
- Create business cases to justify proposed projects or changes, outlining the expected benefits, costs, and risks associated with each initiative.
Qualifications:
- Bachelors or Master's degree in any field.
- Strong analytical skills and the ability to translate complex data into actionable insights.
- Proficiency in business analysis tools and methodologies (e.g., requirements elicitation, process modeling, data analysis).
- Excellent communication skills, including the ability to convey technical information to non-technical stakeholders.
- Problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
