Job Description :
We are looking for a Full time/contract employee for a Business Operations Support Analyst.

Medicaid and Healthcare experience is required for the role.
Linux Operating System - The Business Operations Support Analyst uses their knowledge of Medicaid Fraud & Abuse Detection System and experience with business process design to analyze and evaluate existing documentation, processes, and integration with technology. Assess the current state, identify customer requirements, and define the future state and/or business solution by interpreting and translating client requirements into a technology solution. Candidate must demonstrate excellent analytical and problem-solving, and excellent communication skills.
Gain in-depth functional knowledge on how functionality can be supported through various technologies.
Analyze as-is and to-be processes to define system/technology requirements and bridge the gap between technology and the business.
Provide technical support to client teams during the implementation of new services and support escalations.
Identify and help create detailed logging based on a functional understanding of the system.
