Job Description:
* Business Operations profile with experience defining business requirements and developing scenario focused approach to requirements gathering
* Should have experience executing business operations for large multinational corporations like Microsoft
* Strong experience generating monthly reports, ticket management and streamlining process
* Strong skills in identifying process gaps by segmenting data and analyzing patters
* Must have Strong Excel skills (Power Pivot and Power Query essential)
* Good to have knowledge of SQL and/or Power BI
* Able to communicate effectively with both engineering, operations team and business partners
