Job Description :
• Drive business decisions by providing quantitative and qualitative data analysis and reporting of patterns, insights, and trends to decision-makers.
• Collect, aggregate, and analyze data from multiple internal and external sources to drive insights into business performance.
• Produce actionable reports that show key performance indicators, identify areas of improvement into current operations, and display root cause analysis of problems.
• Use analytics and metrics to improve processes and provide data-driven forecasts of potential costs, risks, and profits of new business initiatives.
• Communicate findings and insight to stakeholders and provide business strategy recommendations for optimizing business performance.

Responsibilities:
o Disseminate information regarding tools, reports, or metadata enhancements.
o Conduct or coordinate tests to ensure that intelligence is consistent with defined needs.
o Identify or monitor current and potential customers, using business intelligence tools.
o Synthesize current business intelligence or trend data to support recommendations for action.
o Maintain or update business intelligence tools, databases, dashboards, systems, or methods.
o Manage timely flow of business intelligence information to users.
o Identify and analyze industry or geographic trends with business strategy implications.
o Provide technical support for existing reports, dashboards, or other tools.
o Maintain library of model documents, templates, or other reusable knowledge assets.
o Create or review technical design documentation to ensure the accurate development of reporting solutions.
o Communicate with customers, competitors, suppliers, professional organizations, or others to stay abreast of industry or business trends.
o Document specifications for business intelligence or information technology (IT) reports, dashboards, or other outputs.
o Create business intelligence tools or systems, including design of related databases, spreadsheets, or outputs.
o Collect business intelligence data from available industry reports, public information, field reports, or purchased sources.
o Analyze technology trends to identify markets for future product development or to improve sales of existing products.
o Analyze competitive market strategies through analysis of related product, market, or share trends.
o Generate standard or custom reports summarizing business, financial, or economic data for review by executives, managers, clients, and other stakeholders.

Qualifications:
o Degree in Computer Science/Management Information Systems or related field
o 2-3 years of relevant experience
o Experience with Excel, R, python, Matlab, SAS or similar
o Experience with statistical or other data mining methodologies Strong knowledge of and experience with Dashboarding tools: Kibana and painless scripting, also familiarity with Microsoft Power BI, Tableau, Splunk
o Knowledge of data processing/log collector tools: LogStash, FluentD
o Familiarity with SQL, NoSQL DBs and ElasticSearch
o Strong understanding of and experience with AWS services like IAM, CloudFormation, SNS, SQS, Cloudwatch, QuickSight
