Business Development Manager
Bayarea, CA



Key Activities Are

Establish a rolling pipeline of publisher prospects and lead strategic conversations with
publisher business owners and executives to present the value of affiliate
Engage with loyalty and gift card vendors as needed to support the business
Stay abreast affiliate and media space trends and share findings with internal and external teams
Lead our communication and training efforts surrounding new business development
Collaborate cross departmentally to drive new business initiatives and incremental revenue
opportunities
Work with strategic accounts to develop a portfolio of revenue generating value added services


Key Job Skills


BS or BA degree
5 years of work experience in tech business development
Responsible for conducting basic market research in assigned markets and identifying specific customer bases and purchasing history.
Develops and carries out market plans to enter and / or grow Carboline''s share of assigned markets.
Assemble all necessary product packages, sales training, and support literature to launch an effective market program.
Able to work well in rapidly changing environments
Develop long-range strategic plans for the markets of responsibility (3-year)
Tracks projects with sales team.
Develop and maintain specifications for engineering firms for regional, national and international business.
