Roles and Responsibilities:
With minimum 5+ years of experience in US IT Recruitment Industry as Business Development Manager/ Accounts Manager.
Must have prior connections with Implementation Partners and/ or End Clients with a consistent track record of placements with them.
Develop new client accounts for US IT Recruitment business.
Interact with clients on daily basis and identify staffing opportunities to fulfil
Experience in handling a team of recruiters, motivate and mentor them
Be accountable for revenue targets
