UNICOM Technologies Inc supplies technology consultants to fortune 500 companies in USA, We are actively expanding our team of account executives. UNICOM is looking for hard working and motivated individuals who will reach out to decision makers in these organizations to negotiate million dollar staffing contracts.

We are seeking a Business Development Manager to identify, evaluate and deliver new business growth opportunities that advance our core vision and mission. Our ideal candidate is a collaborative leader with a self-starter mindset someone who thrives on seeking ways to expand existing revenue streams, diversify business opportunities and forge new models to drive market expansion.

Job Responsibilities

Work with Client to obtain qualified job requirements and educate Client on UNICOM''s service offerings and process.
Developing strategies for targeting new clients and penetrating existing clients
Develop integrated marketing programs to generate new business
Selling consulting services to IT managers
Look for and participate in industry networking events
Effectively interview, retain, coach and develop Talent, understanding their needs and helping them meet their professional goals.
Must meet or exceed Sales targets. Therefore only those candidates need apply who are confident in their approach and essentially know what they are doing.
Desired Skills and Experience Required:
Extensive sales experience in IT services and solutions environment preferred.
3 years experience servicing, supporting, developing and generating new business and major accounts.
Recruiting experience highly preferred
Technical background highly preferred
Associate degree or Bachelor''s Degree in comparable field preferred.
Comfortable using both analytics and relationships to drive results
Self-motivation, strong communication, and team management skills
Positive attitude and strong work ethic
