Title: Business Analyst Location: Remote Client: Tenneco Rate: $65/hr on C2C Mandatory: MUST HAVE AT LEAST 2 YEARS B2B and B2C E-COMMERCE experience as Process Consultant. Responsibilities and Duties: Key understanding of Manufacturing, B2B and B2C processess and knowledege of ecommerce platforms (Hybris and SAP etc.) Product Information Database Payment Gateway (How is the payment being processed?) The candidate must be a solutions enabler that can take business requirements and work with subject matter experts and stakeholders to design and implement processes, or projects. The candidate must be comfortable dealing with ambiguity and can synthesize complex problem space into understandable and manageable components including the ability to constantly drive for results, knowledge of how to set objectives and break work down into steps, organize and measure people and activities, and manage task inter-dependencies among other stakeholders. Capable of supporting the team while providing clarity to achieve and drive results Ability to work with and balance priorities among multiple projects Analytical and creative problem-solving skills Strong attention to detail and ability to prioritize tasks Excellent oral, written, interpersonal communication and time management skills Practical experience of having delivered projects using Agile and Waterfall methodologies. Serve as a client facing consultant working in concert with client staff and other key stakeholders Manages risks, develops mitigation strategies and communicates impacts. Coordinates and partners across all relevant groups to ensure approved deliverables are integrated, tested, and launched successfully.
