Job Description :
Sr. BA with 4+ year of experience in enterprise application, application integration requirements, preferred experience with banking, audit or finance.
Knowledge of VSTS, TFS, MS office, technically savvy with MS tools like SQL, Excel.
Excellent communication and writing skills with business and dev teams.
Perform analysis/testing as needed to test enhancements/features before moving to production.
Facilitates requirements gathering sessions with IT and Business Liaisons for workgroup meetings to understand and document business needs and requirements.
Collaborate with developers and subject matter experts to establish the technical vision and analyze trade-offs between usability and performance needs.
Interviews, document analysis, requirements workshops, surveys, site visits, business process descriptions, use cases, scenarios, business analysis, and task and workflow analysis.
Evaluate information gathered from multiple sources, reconcile conflicts, decompose high-level information into details, abstract up from low-level information to a general understanding, and distinguish user requests from the underlying true needs.
Proactively communicate and collaborate with Project Manager to analyze information needs and functional requirements.
