Role: Business Analyst with Mulesoft / ETL & BI / Salesforce CRM /Salesforce Event Management CRM / Integration on Cloud based Technologies Location: Toronto, ON Mode : Full Time & Contract Your Responsibilities: Responsible for understanding current and target Application Landscape and interfaces Responsible for gathering, prioritizing and documenting integration requirements Preparing Interfaces requirements specification and discussing the requirements with the Development Team Proposing design options and seek for solutions to functional/technical inconsistencies and challenges Preparing detailed Use Cases for integration flows During Develop and Testing phases, verifying and supervising the interfaces have been developed as per agreed requirements Supporting Test Team and Business Users during test activities and User Acceptance Test, helping inbugs/defect identification, reporting, and assisting in bug fixing Providing status updates and reporting metrics to the Integration Team Lead / during Team meetings Qualifications and Experience that will help you to be successful: Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or equivalent education or work experience +5 years of experience in similar role and context Demonstrated experience in design and implementation of interfaces and integration flows Business domain knowledge for one or more of the following area(s): commercial excellence, CRM, multichannel, analytics/dashboards, finance/procurement Preferred Skills/Abilities: Ability to translate business vocabulary into technical wording and vice versa Ability to Interact well with other technical team leaders such as architects, testing, analysts, and release managers as a lead member of the development team in order to accomplish the business goal Ability to quickly learn new business domains, requirements elicitation and management, business process analysis and design, usability and the ability to facilitate workshops Resource management skills Risk management and identification Demonstrated ability to communicate the complexities of technical programs Ability to work under indirect supervision Effective interpersonal skills and collaborative management style to include teamwork and team building ability Excellent written and verbal English Flexibility to attend meetings outside "standard" working hours
