Business Analyst with Medicaid

Required skills:
3 years Experience with business process re-engineering and identifying new applications of technology to business problems
3 years Familiar with industry standards (including Legacy, Core, and Emerging technologies), business process mapping, and re- engineering
1 year Experience preparing solution options, risk identification, and financial analysis such as cost/benefit, ROI, buy/build, etc.
3 years Experience writing detailed Required description of user needs,program functions, and steps required to develop or modify
computer programs.
3 Years Experience preparing and documenting Functional and Required Technical Specifications.
3 Years Knowledge of commonly used concepts, practices and procedures within a particular field.
1 year Must be familiar with relational database concepts and client Required server concepts.
2 Years Has your candidate worked on Medicaid Implementations or Medi caid IT Systems Contracts or Projects?
