Job Title :Business Analyst with Fixed Income exp
Location :Nashville, TN
Duration :Long term

MUST HAVE -
7+ Years of Experience as Business Analyst in Fixed Income.
Must have 5+ Years of Experience as PL/SQL, designing and developing database processes containing batch/ETL/data load functionality in Oracle/MS SQL
Must have experience as Scrum master and Agile Methodology.
Must have good experience in KPO concept.
Interface with business users on functional issues to analyze and define business and functional requirements.
Lead business requirement gathering session and document requirements to create business requirement specification document.
Act as a bridge between the business and technology teams.
Define testing objectives and liaise with testing teams.
Work in on-shore and off-shore mode.

MINIMUM EDUCATION/EXPERIENCE REQUIRED:
Bachelor’s Degree and 4-5 years’ experience in financial analysis (ideally fixed income / credit analysis or trading) or equivalent education and experience.

Ability to work successfully in a cross functional environment with Compliance and Operations on trades and other issues.
Ability to fully and successfully complete trades / resolve issues in the area of fixed income trades.
