5+ years performing business analysis.
Elicit, validate, and conduct analysis of requirements.
Create requirement documentation including process, current and future state, BPMN diagrams.
“Have the candidates worked in and been successful in Waterfall environments” (and then share examples that speak to their related skills / experiences)
Write SQL queries or utilize Excel in complex data analysis.
Certification Preference
CBAP or PMI-PBA
Job Description/Responsibilities
Elicit, validate, and conduct analysis of requirements.
Create requirement documentation including process, current and future state, BPMN diagrams.
Create statements of work, support and monitor business units in their execution and completion.
Create reports using Crystal Reports or similar applications.
Write SQL queries or utilize Excel in complex data analysis.
Conduct data analysis and report on the findings
Be a representative of the project and serve as a liaison between IT and the business units.
Write procedures in support of business function and process.
Provide application training, support, and guidance to the business units.
Provide regular support, communicate statuses and progress to the Project Manager.
Attend project and team meetings.
