We are seeking a detail-oriented and analytical Business Analyst to bridge the gap between business needs and technology solutions. The ideal candidate will work closely with stakeholders to understand business processes, identify opportunities for improvement, and translate requirements into functional specifications that support strategic objectives.
Elicit, analyze, document, and validate business and functional requirements
Collaborate with stakeholders to understand business goals, processes, and pain points
Translate business needs into clear requirements, user stories, and process flows
Work closely with product managers, developers, and QA teams to ensure accurate implementation
Conduct gap analysis, impact analysis, and feasibility studies
Support UAT (User Acceptance Testing) and assist in defect resolution
Prepare reports, dashboards, and presentations for leadership
Ensure solutions align with business strategy and compliance requirements
Bachelor’s degree in Business, Information Systems, Computer Science, or related field
Proven experience as a Business Analyst or similar role
Strong understanding of SDLC, Agile, and/or Waterfall methodologies
Experience with requirements documentation (BRD, FRD, SRS, user stories)
Proficiency in tools such as Jira, Confluence, MS Visio, Excel, or similar
Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills
Ability to manage multiple stakeholders and priorities
Experience in [Banking / Healthcare / E-commerce / SaaS / ERP / Domain-specific]
Knowledge of SQL, data analysis, or BI tools (Power BI, Tableau)
Certification such as CBAP, CCBA, PMI-PBA, or Agile BA
Experience with process modeling (BPMN, UML)
