Description of Responsibilities:
This is a Credit/Lending Commercial loan project where 65% of revenue come from Commercial Loans with aggressive deadlines.
They work with a 3rd party vendor that is pulling data for existing loans and new loans.
The project will follow Agile.
The BA will be primarily responsible for:
Supporting the nCino platform and rebuilding 90 complex API’s.
Data Integration Analysis working closely with the Business teams and Data Integration team.
Defining Swagger documents and integrate with the backend, using API’s.
Developing the Swagger definition, working with vendors to explain technical aspects.
This team is responsible for handling the Middleware connection between applications/systems/databases, monitoring messaging/query flows and application/system performance.
The individual hired for this role will work with the items referenced below and exclusively support the nCino project needs.
A typical week:
Responsible for the analysis phase and act as an active participant in the design phase of real-time services used for data and application integrations (SOAP and REST JSON Create various documents such as service contracts, data mappings, Swagger, Yaml definitions, and WSDL and schema (XSD) documents. Services are designed following the SOA principles including the use of a standard canonical model and re-usability. Utilize integration tools such as IBM Data Power appliance and IBM Message Broker for the majority of the integrations. Applications such as Anova XMLSpy, Smart Bear SOAP UI, Swagger UI and Eclipse are used on a regular basis to create and test service documentation.
Tools technologies:
Data Integration, Real Time Integration, IBM shop- Eclipse to define Swaggers, talk to the business, create mappings, use Data Power as a Gateway, IIB, talk to in-house AFS development product (used for back-end integration)
The Data Integration space handles the middleware (Linux, UNIX, shell scripting, light Java coding, DB2, relational databases, Web Services, REST API’s, MQ, Message Broker/IIB, DataPower, ETL, Informatica PowerCenter, Informatica Cloud, AWS
Job Requirements:
Solid BA w/ working knowledge of SOA
Strong familiarity with Swagger & YAML
4-years’ technical business consulting analysis and process decomposition
4-years’ experience in process design, testing and troubleshooting issues
4-years’ of gathering business and solution requirements
2-years’ experience with data models and data mappings
2-years’ experience with Web services and REST API’s
1-years’ of exposure to Microservices Architecture and Patterns desired
Soft skills:
Open and willingness to learn, collaborative, persistent, curiosity (curious as a child), assertive, doesn’t give up easily
