Job Description :
Strong telecom pre-paid business knowledge with
solid understanding of voice, data, SMS and USSD bundles
basic understanding of GSMA and CDMA based network''s business terminologies
solid understanding of activation, reactivation, porting - external and internal, recharge, promotions, balance inquiry.
basic understanding of Telco order management
basic understanding of flows pertaining to web channel transactions
basic understanding of Telco specific rewards management, product catalog and offer management
Experience in working in Agile methodology with JIRA, Rally or similar tools


Experience of A e Marketing cloud platform and particularly A e Experience Manager (AEM 6.x) based implementation project along with eCommerce functionalities in a customer''s business and sales stakeholders facing role.
Ability to manage customer''s business, marketing and sales stakeholders to agree to align requirements as per feasibility of underlying A e platform capabilities.
Strong verbal and written communication skills
Experience in Digital Marketing/Experience platform and multi-lingual sites built on A e AEM
Candidate with working experience on below tools will be preferred:
- Web Analytics: Google Analytics, Google Tag Manager, Glassbox
- Personalization: A e Target, A e Launch, AB testing
- Search: Enterprise Search Platform
Experience in gathering and documenting functional and business requirements specifications in form of user stories
Experience in communicating with project''s product owners and business users
Experience in scheduling sessions with project team and product owners to explain the core requirements and user stories
Responsible for backlog management, iteration planning and elaboration of the user stories
Should have experience of gathering requirements that involves integration with 3rd party tools and APIs
