- Working on Customer Care Support Tools and Processes (Spectrum Mobile 360)
- Working with Telesales Tools and Processes
- Working with Customer Profile Management Tool (Self Care Portal and Customer Care)
- Working with Mobile Retail Stores and Tools (Spectrum Mobile 360 and Point Of Sale)
Responsibilities
- Identifying Stakeholders
- Requirements Analysis
- Gap Analysis in the Requirements
- Conduct Elicitations Meeting with All the Stakeholders Involved
- Internal Mobile Architect/Dev Team Discussion
- Prepare User Stories with Acceptance Criteria
- Review Requirements with Business or Stakeholders
- Approve Final User Stories with All the Stakeholders
- Review User Stories with QA Team
- Support QA Team with Testing and Defect Triage
