Job Description :
Understand and capture business requirements in a clear, crisp and through manner
Align to client’s strategic vision, in line with the client’s standards and policies
Analyse auto sales data across various regions and create insights on sales patterns etc.
Ability to think analytically and converge the sales patterns to incentive schemes
Connect to relevant stakeholders and ask pertinent Questions, where required to go into the details
Build relevant business case – ROI / payback period for possible solution options
Interact and work with other 3rd party vendors on blueprinting and solutioning

Must have skills
Strong business analysis background
Strong automotive sales & aftersales domain experience
Business requirements gathering with specific, easily understood, thorough, and accurate requirements
Document user stories, business requirement documents (BRDs), process/workflow diagrams, screen mock-ups, etc.
High level understanding of product tech stack / architecture and ability, to hold tech discussion with respective teams
Analysis of solution options to identify ideal fit with business value, usability and technical feasibility
Very Strong communication skills and be very articulate
