Job Title: Business Analyst Location: Santa Clara, CA Duration: Contract Skills - Risk, regulations and fraud ; MNPI implementations; Banking domain Job Description As a Business Analyst, you will play a key role to discover and define the problem statement, evaluates technology solution options and makes recommendations. You will create requirement specifications based on business needs. You will be involved in functional analysis of data, create analytics applications and support knowledge transfer with the objective of providing value-adding consulting solutions that enable our clients to meet the changing needs of the global landscape. Focused analysis in Risk and Fraud domain and the consultant should be wel-versed in both Internal and External Fraud scenarios. Also Risk is another area where I may have some resource need. Anyone worked in MNPI implementations Required Qualifications 8 -10 years of experience in Risk, Regulatory compliance and fraud, preferably in commercial banking Experience in Agile methodologies (preferably Agile Scrum) as a Business Analyst. Preferred Qualifications At least 6 years of experience with Regulatory compliance and risk management. (AML, KYC, fraud etc At least 6 years of experience in working with senior leadership in banking domain. The consultant should be well versed in both Internal and External Fraud scenarios and worked in MNPI implementations. Experience with Agile methodologies (preferably Agile Scrum) as a Business Analyst. Experience in data and ML programs Experience in requirement elicitation techniques like JAD/sessions, workshops, interviews, surveys etc. Experience in Business Analysis tools like HP ALM and MS Visio. Experience in Development/ Configuration/solutions evaluation/ Validation and deployment. Experience in capturing requirements related to internal/external consulting, documenting, and mapping current business process. Analytical and Communication skills Planning and Co-ordination skills Experience with project management Experience and desire to work in a management consulting environment that requires regular travel
