Job Description :

Hybrid position - 3 days onsite.   Please don't submit if you cannot do face to face interview as 1st step.

Required Skills :

  1. Familiarity with enterprise software - like, Oracle, SQL Server.
  2. Understanding of databases (SQL), APIs, Data Flow Diagrams.
  3. Not necessarily a developer but should have a strong understanding of how IT systems work.
  4. IT software/application project experience required.
  5. Review, Analyze complex process and systems and break them down into manageable parts.
  6. Has strong problem-solving skills - finds root causes, and not just symptoms.
  7. Strong experience in conducting stakeholder interviews and workshops.
  8. Skilled at writing clear, testable, functional, and non-functional requirements.
  9. Strong familiarity and previous experience with using Azure DevOPS (TFS) for creating and managing agile items - Product backlog, Epics, Features, User Stories, Tasks AND Test Plans and Test Cases.
  10. Prepare diagrams explaining the modifications so that both technical staff and executive management can visualize and understand what must be done. 
  11. Should be previous experience in working with Agile/Scrum (including SAFe) AND Waterfall projects.
  12. Can translate tech talk to business users and business talk to developers.
  13. Writes clear documents and delivers strong presentations.  
  14. Experience with Business Process Modelling - using/documenting Swim Lane and Flow Chart Diagrams. 
  15. Experience in rolling out new systems/processes and managing user adoption.
  16. Can handle pushback, negotiate priorities, and resolve conflict diplomatically. 
  17. In addition to performing system integration testing (IT Testing), assists with User Acceptance Testing.
