OVR is seeking a Business Analyst to help bridge the gap between SDLC processes, unit testing and documentation. This role will be vital in process improvement, specifically adding value to an upcoming audit report for the office. The resource will be tasked with workflow development, documentation, compliance, creating user stories, developing knowledge management articles, translating business requirements into technical requirements and streamlining processes across divisions. This role is hybrid and will be remote/on-site in the Richmond, VA area depending on the tasks at hand.
