PS: Candidates need to have retirement insurance domain experience for this position.

Job Description:

10+ years experience as Business analyst and atleast 5 years workin in the retirement Insurance industry.
Experience in Retirement advisory, Annuities or Life Insurance is needed.
Knowledge focusing on Defined Contribution Plans including 401k, 403b and other plan types of Understanding of Retirement Plan Process Flows and Administration is needed.
Experience with waterfall and agile methodologies,
Excellent analytical, problem-solving, process, time management, and organizational skills
Excellent verbal and written English communication and presentation skills
Experience in driving successful meetings, on target and efficiently using resources
Experience in navigating ambiguity and indecision towards action
Must be familiar with SQL
Workout clear career paths for team members to help them grow with regular mentoring, attract and retain top talent keeping long term goals in mind
Excellent communication and interpersonnel skills.
Min. Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Business Administration or similar
Agile experience, certifications (CSM, CSPO) preferred
