Business Analyst


Location:Remote

Client: Retail
Duration: 6months’

MOI: Skype WorkRequirements: US Citizen, GC Holders only

Required Skills and Experience:

  • 7 yrs experience
  • Candidate with strong experience partnering with a business project manager, and helping the project manager scale, by doing the analysis work.
  • Candidate should have strong experience in developing business requirements document and in working directly with the business partners and IT to make sure the requirements are captured accurately and communicated effectively with IT for development.
  • Experience in documenting current state, and future state, creating wire-frame, and helping with user acceptance testing.
  • Experience in taking user input from multiple sources and collating them based on requirements, following up with users, as required, and presenting the results back to the project manager, users, and other partners, to help make quick decisions.
  • Strong excel and excel pivot skills required.
  • We ARE NOT looking for an IT business analyst who reviews data structures, and tables; we are looking for a candidate who has experience working directly with the business and
  • communicate effectively with the business.

 

Responsibilities:

  • Documents AS IS State & TO BE States
  • Creates Wire Frames
  • Conducts Testing
  • Serves as single point of contact for the Business Requirements Document Conducts Data Analysis (NOT data structure and table analysis)
  • the BA's role is to support the PM in analytics and big data projects
