Responsibilities:

1.Gather and evaluate customer requirements from business user teams spread over the Sales, Marketing and Customer service for implementation of Sales Cloud/Service Cloud in SFDC.
2.Analyze Ad Sales operations connections to a sophisticated Salesforce CRM to ensure a full-process integration with the rest of Fox’s advertising technologies publishers need.
3.Analyze, identify, and elicit technical requirements; gather and document user, functional and non-functional requirements, while working closely with VP - Technology, Director - Technology and Product Owner.
4.Analyze requirements and document management tools like Quip, Box and Confluence to manage documents like Business Requirements Document, Technical Specification document, API documentation, Functional Requirements Document, Process Flow Diagram, Project Plan, Scope Planning Documents and Wireframes.
5.Analyze and update the Process Flow Diagram to help the development team understand the backend working and configurations as per the Business rules.
6.Devise various UML diagrams like Swimlane diagrams, Use Case diagrams, Sequence Diagrams and Activity diagrams using MS Visio.
7.Update the Project Team on status of each requirement every alternate day which includes risk, issues, accomplishments and progress of each task.
8.Gauge technical solutions to ensure legal, regulatory and compliance regulations are met and recommend solutions based on technical issues identified from Backlog Grooming, Backlog prioritization, and Scope Planning to support prioritization and decision-making process of Product Owner.
9.Create product backlog Items/bugs in JIRA and write User Stories, updating description/steps to reproduce acceptance criteria and expected results.
10.Work on Salesforce Lightning platform to connect to access External Data with the OData 2.0 or 4.0 Adapter for Salesforce Connect.
11.Manage users, Public Groups, Profiles, and Roles within the Salesforce CRM; this involves designating access to the applicable user within the user hierarchy.
12.Manage Salesforce.com administration/configuration, daily support & maintenance, and training the Business team to manage Salesforce Administration.
13.Customize Sales/Service Cloud console using Salesforce Console Integration Toolkit and conducted Integration testing.
14.Analyze, interpret, and document requirements related to various Salesforce Lightning components and Software Development Kit (SDK) integrations in the application bundle with other existing downstream systems for Sales and Marketing.
15.Responsible for Daily Bug Analysis using JIRA. Extracted data from JIRA into an Excel workbook and analyzed it using Reports & Dashboards in Salesforce.
16.Serve as a liaison between business users, product owner, and tech team to ensure that product being developed meets business needs and expectations.
17.Write test scripts/cases for testing app in Production Beta Environment; perform Functionality testing, regression testing & Smoke testing as well as create Wireframes and Mockups to accommodate new features and UI enhancements.
18.Use Tableau to create dashboards, stories, and daily bug analyses while using JIRA, then extract and analyze data from JIRA in Excel.
19.Performed data analysis on transactional data using Salesforce Reports and created reports related to the Key Performance Indicators (KPI’s) like Coverage Agency, Verticals and Distributors.
20.Perform data analysis for Wide Orbit - Media Sales Project; script SQL queries to pull report on MySQL server.
21.Develop and execute functional test plans, perform testing to ensure product meets business needs ahead of User Acceptance Testing.
22.Develop User Acceptance plans and use cases, run UAT sessions with the business, document and communicate findings to the development team and ensure delivery.
23.Develop training materials and perform end-user training.

Minimum Educational Requirements:

Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science or related field.

Minimum Education Requirements:

3 years of relevant work experience in the Information Technology field.
