Job Description :
Roll & Responsibilities:
· Assist with requirements definition for complex projects and multi-year strategic initiatives. Identify and translate business needs into clearly defined requirements, and create documentation inclusive of business use cases, process flows, data flows, traceability matrices and report mock-ups.
· Conduct requirements workshops; gather requirements, use cases, and prepare Business requirements documents, user stories, process flow diagrams, and test plans.
· Assist with review sessions for completed business/functional requirements with key business users focused on gaining consensus and final business approval.
· Build relationships within the business units and support functions to understand the business needs.
· Collaborate with development and testing teams to provide subject matter expertise, ensure that out of the box functionality is leveraged and assist in troubleshooting and resolving issues.
· Work towards proposed solutions that are focused on improving efficiency and effectiveness of the business processes and are consistent across products where possible.
· Participate in the development and planning of the User Acceptance Testing activities, including test plans and scripts, based on requirements.
· Help facilitate the UAT execution phase.
· Identify and track outstanding issues.
· Assist project manager and other team members as needed.

IT Technical Qualifications:

Property & Casualty Commercial Insurance experience with a good understanding of insurance financials, as well as Commercial lines of business such as Workers Compensation, GL, BOP, Auto, and Property.
· Expertise with all aspects of requirements and testing processes.
· Detail-oriented and good analytical abilities.
· Prior Agency Management System or Policy Management Systems experience is a plus.
· Excellent written and verbal (business) communications skills.
· Demonstrated proficiency in Microsoft Office programs, Excel, Word, PowerPoint and SharePoint.
· Be able to handle multiple priorities and proactively identify risks to project timelines.
Team player who works well with technical and business resources.

General Qualifications:
· Bachelor''s degree in relevant field and 5+ years Business Analyst experience.
· Expertise with all aspects of requirements and testing processes.
· Detail-oriented and good analytical abilities.
· Skilled in working across organizational boundaries, bringing together people with diverse perspectives and experience to find solutions.
· Excellent written and verbal (business) communications skills.
Personal time management skills and ability to meet individual and team deadlines.
