Job Description :

Responsibilities :-

  1. Responsible for creating/maintaining product roadmap with collaboration from domain SME and Architects.
  2. Responsible for prioritizing Product roadmap and setting agile sprint goals as per client and leadership expectations
  3. Collaborate with Product Manager to Inspect and Create Epics, Features and Stories for Product Backlog
  4. Create Clear and Concise acceptance criteria for user stories in Backlog.
  5. Act as Go-to person for answering questions the team has about business rules and Product behaviors.
  6. Communicate team deliverables and sprint outcomes to stake holders
  7. Lead and Facilitate grooming sessions with Scrum teams
  8. Design customer journey map for interactive.
  9. Manage key Stakeholders expectations through strong relations
  10. Contribute to Agile Ceremonies e.g. product backlog refinement, preplanning, planning, daily standups, sprint reviews, retrospectives
  11. Ensure deliverables are up to quality standards at the end of each sprint.

Required Skills  & Experience

  1. 5+ years of experience working on agile projects as a solution lead or business analyst
  2. 3+ Years  of experience with identifying business requirements and implementing solutions and analyzing system enhancements.
  3. Familiarity with Agile concepts and principles
  4. Working knowledge of software development processes.
  5. Experience on BPMN Based workflow tools
  6. Experience of Research activities such as Data analysis, Gap analysis.
  7. Prior Development experience is preferred
  8. Basic Knowledge of SQL.
  9. Awareness of Core DevOps Principles and Understand the basic fundamentals of iterative and incremental development
  10. Hands on experience on agile project management tools like Jira , Agile Craft etc.
  11. Excellent written and verbal communication skills

Qualifications :-

Bachelor’s degree in Computer science and related fields

 

Preferred Skills :-

  1. 2+ years of experience working as product owner or Product Owner Delegate.
  2. CSPO from Scrum alliance Or Safe Certified POPM
