Job Title: Business Analyst Payroll Location: 100% Remote Experience : 8 9 years Key Responsibilities Act as the primary liaison between business stakeholders, payroll teams, and technical teams. Gather, document, and validate business requirements related to payroll processes, systems, and compliance. Analyze payroll workflows, identify process gaps, and propose optimization solutions. Collaborate with development teams to ensure accurate configuration and integration of payroll systems. Prepare and maintain process documentation, user stories, and functional specifications. Support payroll testing, UAT, and deployment activities. Ensure solutions comply with statutory payroll regulations and organizational policies. Provide insights on best practices and industry trends in payroll management. Required Skills & Qualifications 8 9 years of experience as a Business Analyst with significant payroll project exposure. Strong understanding of payroll processes, statutory compliance, and reporting. Proficiency in requirement gathering, documentation, and stakeholder management. Experience in end-to-end payroll system implementation or upgrades. Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
