Job Title: Business Analyst Payroll

Location: 100% Remote

Experience: 8 - 9 years

Key Responsibilities

  • Act as the primary liaison between business stakeholders, payroll teams, and technical teams.

  • Gather, document, and validate business requirements related to payroll processes, systems, and compliance.

  • Analyze payroll workflows, identify process gaps, and propose optimization solutions.

  • Collaborate with development teams to ensure accurate configuration and integration of payroll systems.

  • Prepare and maintain process documentation, user stories, and functional specifications.

  • Support payroll testing, UAT, and deployment activities.

  • Ensure solutions comply with statutory payroll regulations and organizational policies.

  • Provide insights on best practices and industry trends in payroll management.

Required Skills & Qualifications

  • 8 - 9 years of experience as a Business Analyst with significant payroll project exposure.

  • Strong understanding of payroll processes, statutory compliance, and reporting.

  • Proficiency in requirement gathering, documentation, and stakeholder management.

  • Experience in end-to-end payroll system implementation or upgrades.

  • Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
