Job Description :
5+ years of applicable experience
Experience in interacting with the business stakeholders, product owners, subject matter experts to elicit and articulate business requirements
Experience in defining detailed requirements and high level design documentation, activity workflows, business data dictionaries and user interface mockups
Must demonstrate experience in conceptualizing new product features, define product roadmaps, develop business cases and proposals for solutions built on digital technologies from scratch
Strong knowledge of the core insurance functions – underwriting, claims, marketing, distribution in P&C Insurance. Experience in Personal and Commercial lines is preferred.
Data visualization and data analysis skills to draw business-relevant conclusions and accurately communicate findings and possible solutions
A “start-up” mindset – ability to deliver efficient and creative solutions in an incredibly fast paced environment with limited resources and minimal supervision
Ability to work with cross functional global and local teams for the various projects across multiple time zones as and when required.
Insurance certifications from The Institutes is a plus
