Description : This is a ServiceNow HRSD Developer / BA position (Min 3 5 years' experience)

Day to Day (in addition to description)

Run Client HRSD workshop with command and confidence.
Able to articulate HRSD product modules, Demo on HR Services, Topic categories, Topic Details, EC-Pro portal etc.
Able to capture HRIS Business requirement and write SCRUm stories.
Work with the team and develop / build HR stories.

Must Haves

ITSM System admin & HRSD implementation ServiceNow Certification
At least 3-5 years of experience as a ServiceNow BA & Developer
Must have experience in driving workshops.
Must have delivered at least 2 HRSD projects as Developer and BA role
