· 5+ years of IT industry experience working as a Business Analyst.
· Gained comprehensive knowledge from working in several software development life cycle processes, such as Agile methodologies and acquired hands on experience in Scrum.
· Successfully elicited requirements using analysis like As-is and To-be, Must Have and Good to Have, GAP analysis, SWOT analysis, impact analysis and cost/benefit analysis.
· Participated in all Scrum ceremonies Master, incorporated sprint ceremonies on projects (sprint planning, daily stand-ups, sprint review, sprint retrospective) and backlog grooming session or story times.
· Skilled at using estimation techniques such as Planning Poker, T-shirt sizing, and relative mass evaluation.
· Evaluate statistical Data and execute dada mining for large data sets using MS excel, Sas and R.
· Proficient using prioritization techniques such as Walking Skeleton, Validated Learning, Business-value based, MoSCoW and Kano.
· Ensured adherence to INVEST (Independent, Negotiable, Valuable, Estimable, Small, and Testable) criteria and SMART (Specific, Measurable, Attainable, Realistic and Timely) model.
