Required Experience & Education:
• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration orrelated field of study. Master’s degree
preferred.
• A minimum of 12 years of experience working in Marketingas a Business Analyst supporting marketing
automation, web analytics, social (paid/organic), creativedesign, public relations and web SEO.
• Excellent analytical skills and demonstrated proficiencywith data analytics and data visualization tools
(e.g. Google Analytics, A e Analytics, Tableau, Domo,Excel, etc.).
• Experience following both an agile and waterfall approach.
• Experience partnering with technology teams on systemintegrations, data conversions, application
transformations and the implementation of SaaS products.
• Experience with Microsoft Office Products, especiallyTeams, Project, Excel, Word, PowerPoint, and Visio.
• Ability to use current and contemporary business tools andmethodologies.
Demonstrable experience with performance analytics for SEM,email, social media and video/display
advertising campaigns.
• Experience analysing conversion rates, prospect and customertrends, and identifying opportunities to
isolate areas for improvement.
• Experience with both the AdWords and Bing Ads marketingplatforms
