Job Title: eCommerce Business Analyst

Responsibilities:
Designing and creating next generation eCommerce Platform at a Lifesciences company
Developing user workflows and interaction models
Work closely with internal and external stakeholders to derive user experience flows.
Partner with Business Operations to re-engineer business processes in order to make them more measurable and generate higher quality data.
Create project specific artifacts such as technical design documents, source to target transformation mapping docs, data dictionary, data flow diagrams etc.
Own specific project areas and take proactive measures to maintain the health of the overall system.
Work closely with other members in the team to contribute to the improvements of the broader reporting landscape.
Identifying key data elements to enable analytics and reporting for site experience optimization

Qualifications:
3+ years as eCommerce Business Analyst
Building Analytic Solution with eCommerce Data
Developing personalized experience for Buyers and Suppliers
Knowledge of Product Information Management, Order Management System, Payment and Billing, Content Management System, Promotions & Campaigns, Integrations to backend applications like ERP, CRM, etc.
2+ years’ experience in five key areas: commercial ecommerce strategy/ownership, digital product management of eCommerce, digital onboarding, user experience (UX) strategy and design, and digital operations of eCommerce
Strong Experience in creating in Business Requirement Document and Functional Requirement Document
Very good knowledge of eCommerce Systems
Good written and spoken communication skills
Provable implementation experience across popular eCommerce Platforms

Nice to have:
Knowledge of Pharma industry is a plus.
