Overall Purpose: 

Responsible for managing, developing, executing, and supporting DIRECTV for Business sales operations processes and programs. Lead sales order support and issue resolution for DIRECTV for Business sales channels. 

Key Roles and Responsibilities: 

Manage a single program/process or group of related programs/processes for sales operations from development to implementation phase. Develop and document process scope, plan, and timeline. Collaborate and contribute to development, modification and execution of sales operations programs that affect immediate sales channel operations. Formulate work prioritization, forecasting, scheduling, and coordinating resources within assigned programs. Develop and implement promotional programs for company products and or services. 

Represent sales order operations within a sales channel and oversee operational processes in support of the channel. Responsibilities include account issue resolution, resolving customer billing, and order and account set-up. Oversee sales orders and sales order system to ensure accurate receipt and booking of orders. Interacts with sales management staff on issues pertaining to account management and may participant on projects on an as needed basis. 

1) Assesses and/or formulating strategic and/or tactical plans based on company business initiatives.  

2) Manages large and important projects affecting business units across the Company.  

3) Prepare detail plans, detail schedules, resource allocation and assignment, critical path analysis, methodology, coordination within all IT functions, and conducting budget analyses.  

4) May be involved in user requirement definition, recommending business solutions/alternatives, assisting in RFP development and evaluations, and assisting clients in defining new services that ride on new technologies.  

5) May also be responsible for analysis of existing business processes, design and implementation of streamlined processes and leading client organizations in the identification, planning and implementation of business process solutions.  

6) Works as a liaison to clients and other IT organizations as a subject matter expert on the business processes they represent.  

7) May coordinate, evaluate and partner with technology vendors and outside consultants as needed.
