Job Description :
Act as a Busines Analyst within Human Resources to implement a new application. Identify business, leadership and user needs and develop strategies by which to meet those needs. Gather details from the vendor and internal technology team surrounding system opportunities to meet the identified needs. Critically evaluate information from multiple sources and clearly indicate quality of final analysis. Communicate complex data in comprehensible ways. Determine, implement, and evaluate business metrics to meet ongoing organizational or customer information needs. Provide Project Management guidance for implementation of the application and new tools within.



Skills:
Needs to have sharp critical-thinking skills to process huge amounts of information on a regular basis.

Knowledge of and ability to apply fundamental concepts, practices and procedures in related skillsets • Able to perform work that is varied and somewhat difficult in nature • Able to perform work with minimal to moderate supervision; able to apply and interpret business rules and concepts in daily work • 3-5 years of experience

Knowledge of Qualtrics or other Survey and Analytics tools perferred. (1-2 years)
Knowledge of Continuous Listening strategies preferred (1-2 years)
Knowledge of Project Management Methodology needed (3-5 years)
Knowledge of data analytics a plus
