Job Description :
Education:
Bachelor'' s degree in Business (or Management), Computer Science, or related discipline, or equivalent work experience is required
Responsibilities of the Business Analyst:
Gather business requirements; translate to technical specifications
Investigate, research, and analyze existing business processes
Develop methods to improve existing processes
Participate in Creating test scripts and executing test planning and UAT
Participate in solution architecture and strategy
Maintain strong working partnerships with stakeholders
Help develop SDLC deliverables
Document processes to build process flows
Review, prioritize, comment and follow-up on defects
Proficient is writing SQL queries to analyse database
Develop process knowledge to translate into requirements
Offer technical software support throughout project
Support testing preparation and new application implementation
Requirements of the Business Analyst:
At least 3 years of experience with formal Business Analysis
Experience in some or all of the following business analysis areas: Requirements Gathering,
BRD/FRD/SRS/Etc., AS-IS to TO-BE, Current vs. Future State, User Stories, Use Case, Activity
Diagrams, etc.
Thorough knowledge of merchandise and assortment planning systems and processes
Ability to interact with subject matter expert across multiple applications
Ability to liaise across business and technical teams
Excellent business acumen, analytical mindset, and problem-solving skills
Clear and effective verbal and written communication skills
Ability to work and deliver independently
Knowledge of Waterfall, Agile and scrum methodologies
