JD: Experience:
12-15 years of experience in Global Fleet Management, Enterprise Asset Management and Parcel Logistics in Transportation industry and / or worked as a consultant to the industry in implementing Enterprise Asset Management system
Expectation:
- Must have a good breadth of domain expertise in evolving global fleet maintenance industry space encompassing purchasing operations, preventative maintenance, work orders, campaigns, master pm's, warranty and claim administration, job plans, scheduler, time card, asset templates, asset class/spec, inventory management, item master, last mile delivery and linehaul domain.
- Experience in a Tier 1 Transportation/Enterprise Asset Management-specific consulting firm as a Principal, Associate Partner or similar level
- Experience in working in a matrix environment and working collaboratively with service lines
- Experience in Supply Chain & Line Haul specific consulting firms as Consultant or a Lead
- Knowledge of any best of breed product suite like IBM Maximo, Asset One, Infor, etc.
- Experienced in working on EAM packages of transportation solution
- Ability to directly interact and deliver consulting projects at CxO level
- Delivery and sales experience in a consulting and/or Global IT Services organization.
