Job description Mandatory requirements: Good Knowledge and communication skills with experience in Claims, Facets, EDI and Enrollment. 4+ years of relevant consulting or Health Care industry experience Experienced in business analysis, process consulting and/or process reengineering Ability to work with clients to understand business problems and provide consultation on process improvement strategies. Participate in and/or lead the development of deliverables such as business requirements, process maps, etc., within the constraints of budget, time, and resources. Experience working in iterative development environment such as Agile, Kanban, SAFe, etc. Strong problem solving and troubleshooting skills with experience exercising mature judgment Demonstrated ability to write clearly, succinctly, and in a manner that appeals to a wide audience Manages own personal and professional development; seeks opportunities for professional growth and expansion of consulting skills and experiences Contributes to new business proposals and proposal development
